Are you satisfied with the progress you made this year? Or the last 5 years?

In this challenge we are going to focus on keystone habits, building and optimising them together - keystone habits are those important habits that carry over into all aspects of your life.
For example if you exercise more you will tend to eat healthier and sleep better. And if you work on your sleep you will be more creative and more productive.
I believe healthy competition and a supportive community can help us stick to these habits and live awesomly healthier and happier lives.
So what we will be doing is tracking our exercise, recovery and sleep in a community group on the WHOOP app, where it will create leaderboards based on our scores so we can compete against each other to become the best version of ourselves.
